SMS Program Disclosure

Nest & Key Mortgage, LLC sends one-to-one text messages to clients and business partners who have consented to receive them. Message types: loan application status updates, document requests, appraisal and appointment reminders, closing coordination, account notifications, and verification messages. We do not send marketing lists, lead-generation, or rate advertising messages.

How consent is collected

Consent is always voluntary and is never a condition of obtaining a mortgage loan or any other service.

1. Loan application. Applicants are asked an optional SMS consent question inside our online loan application. Nothing is pre-selected, and the question includes an explicit "No, I do not consent" option. Declining has no effect on the application. The question as it appears to applicants:

2. Written consent. Existing clients and referral partners may give written consent directly to their loan officer. Consent is recorded with date and source on their contact record.

Message frequency varies based on your loan activity. Message and data rates may apply — your carrier's standard rates apply to messages sent and received. Reply STOP to any message to opt out (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work). Reply HELP for help, or email hello@nestandkeymortgage.com. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
